1. Who we are (data controller)
StackPriced (stackpriced.com) is operated by Arthur Magoulianiti, a sole trader established in Cyprus, trading as StackPriced. Address: Koroiskou 7, 3118 Limassol, Cyprus. Contact: [email protected]. Arthur Magoulianiti is the controller of personal data processed through this website under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018.

We do not sell personal data, use it for automated decision-making with legal effects, or knowingly collect data from children under 16.
3. Payments: Gumroad
Report sales are opening soon. When they open, purchases will be processed by Gumroad, Inc., our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Gumroad collects your payment and billing details, calculates and remits sales tax/VAT, and processes that data under its own privacy policy: gumroad.com/privacy. We never see or store your full card details. No payments are taken on this site today.
4. Processors and recipients
- Gumroad, Inc. (USA): checkout, payments, tax and order delivery, once sales open.
- Email: Google (Gmail) receives the messages you send us, including launch-notification requests. We do not use a newsletter platform yet; this policy will name it before any signup form goes live.
- Website hosting/CDN: Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages).
- Analytics: none at present. If we add analytics, it will be cookieless (Cloudflare Web Analytics) and this policy will be updated first.
- Professional advisers (accountant) and authorities where required by law.
5. International transfers
Some processors may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example in the United States). Where they do, we rely on an adequacy decision (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, where the recipient is certified) or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact us for details.
6. Cookies
This site sets no cookies and currently runs no analytics. Third-party checkout pages (Gumroad, once sales open) may set strictly necessary cookies under their own policies. If we ever add non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first. Affiliate links lead to vendor sites, which may set their own referral cookies once you arrive. See our affiliate disclosure.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]; we reply within one month. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy) or the supervisory authority where you live.
8. Security
The site is static and served over HTTPS. We keep personal data in a small number of reputable services with access controls and two-factor authentication.
9. Changes
We will post any changes here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be emailed to subscribers.
