Affiliate Disclosure & Editorial Independence
Last updated:
StackPriced is reader-supported. We earn money in two ways: selling our research reports, and affiliate commissions when you buy software through some links on this site (once we join a program). Affiliate links will be marked "sponsored" and cost you nothing extra.
Which affiliate programs do we take part in?
| Vendor | Typical commission (vendor-published) | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Kit | 50% of payments for a customer's first 12 months | kit.com/affiliate |
| beehiiv | 50–60% of payments for 12 months | beehiiv.com/partners |
| MailerLite | 30% recurring | mailerlite.com/affiliate |
| Substack | No affiliate relationship | — |
Status on 16 Oct 2026: we have not yet applied to or joined any of these programs, and no link on this site is an affiliate link. We plan to apply to Kit, beehiiv and MailerLite and will update this page when a program is active. Rates as published by vendors, checked 14 Oct 2026.
How do we keep rankings independent?
- Rankings are cost calculations from published, sourced prices, using formulas fixed before we collect data. Commission rates are never an input.
- No vendor pays for placement, reviews our content before publication, or gets the right to approve it. If a vendor ever sponsors anything, it will be labelled "Sponsored".
- We include vendors with no affiliate program (e.g. Substack) and report findings that are unfavourable to vendors we earn from.
- Every number carries a source URL and an "as of" date. Corrections are logged publicly.
